Return Policy
At HostMinty, we provide complete digital business setup services, which may include bundled physical business assets as part of selected plans.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns on any purchases made with HostMinty.
- Digital services (website, hosting, CRM, automation, etc.)
- Physical items included within any service package
Once an order is confirmed, service execution and resource allocation begin immediately. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any service plans or bundled physical products.
However, clients may upgrade their plan or purchase additional services separately if required.
3. Physical Products (Bundled with Services)
Certain HostMinty plans may include physical business items such as:
- Business cards
- POS machines
- Business tablets or laptops
- Printed marketing materials
These items are provided as part of a combined service package, are not sold separately, and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If any physical item is delivered in a damaged or defective condition:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo or video proof
All such requests are subject to review and approval by the respective third-party partner/vendor.
A replacement will be processed only if the partner/vendor approves the claim. If not approved, no replacement, return, or refund will be provided.
5. Third-Party Partner Responsibility
HostMinty acts as a service provider and facilitator for bundled physical items. These items may be fulfilled by external vendors or partners.
Replacement decisions are governed by the respective partner/vendor policies.
6. Why Returns Are Not Applicable
HostMinty operates on a bundled digital business system model where services are customized, infrastructure is activated immediately, and physical items are pre-allocated or configured.
Due to this structure, individual components cannot be reversed or returned.
7. Recommendation Before Purchase
We strongly recommend reviewing all plan details carefully and booking a consultation before purchase to ensure the selected plan aligns with your business needs.
