HostMinty offers three digital business solution plans:

Each plan is tailored to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in building a strong digital presence with the following bundled services:
2. Terminology & Inclusions
2.1 Professional Website
A professionally designed and developed website is included in all plans.

Inclusion: Development of up to 5 custom pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog).

Limitations:

Additional pages beyond 5 will incur extra charges.

Advanced features such as booking systems, learning management systems, or custom dashboards are not included unless explicitly specified.

2.2 Premium Design
All websites are built using high-quality, premium themes.

Inclusion: One premium theme selected by the HostMinty design team, customized for your brand.

Limitations:

Theme customization is limited to branding, layout adjustments, and minor visual changes.

Full design overhaul or third-party theme support may require a separate contract.

2.3 SSL Security
All plans include basic SSL encryption to ensure secure user access.

Inclusion: Let’s Encrypt SSL (free certificate, auto-renewed every 90 days).

Limitations:

Does not include extended validation (EV) or organization validation (OV) certificates.

Compatibility with older hosting infrastructure or custom server setups is subject to additional requirements.

2.4 SEO Optimization
We implement foundational SEO measures for better search engine visibility.

Search engine listing (Google, Bing)

Custom meta titles and descriptions for all included pages

Basic on-page SEO practices (header structure, alt text, clean URLs)

Does not include advanced SEO services like backlink building, technical audits, keyword strategy, or content marketing.

SEO results depend on third-party algorithms and are not guaranteed.

2.5 0% Transaction Fees*
Enjoy zero transaction charges through our integrated payment partner.

Inclusion:

Integration with PhonePe Payment Gateway.

0% transaction fees on payments up to ₹2,00,000 or 1 month from the website launch, whichever comes first.

Limitations:

After the free threshold, a 1.95% transaction fee applies per order/payment.

This offer is subject to the policies and availability of PhonePe and may change without prior notice.

Payment gateway support is limited to PhonePe. Other gateways can be integrated for an additional fee.

3. General Limitations

All services are subject to HostMinty’s fair use policy.

Support is included for up to 30 days post-deployment. Extended support or maintenance is chargeable.

Custom features, third-party integrations, and enterprise requirements are not covered in standard plans and will require a custom quote.
4. Acceptance & Modifications
By availing of any digital business solution from HostMinty, you accept the terms outlined above. HostMinty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on this page.
